I wanted to like it, but... the prices just feel way too high for what you get.

I reached out to dstactical.com because I needed help with an issue on my order, the customer service just wasn’t great. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, just a clear answer and a little follow-through.

Replies took longer than I’d hoped, and when I finally did hear back, the response didn’t really fix the problem or make me feel like anyone was taking it seriously. I ended up having to follow up more than once, which got frustrating.

Just sharing this so others in the community know what to be prepared for. If you order from them and run into an issue, I’d recommend keeping records of your messages and being ready to follow up, because my experience wasn’t very smooth.

I had a frustrating time using the site on my phone. It felt clunky, the filters were confusing, and I had to click through way too many pages just to find what I was looking for. i’d expect some kind of apology for how difficult the whole experience was

I found what I needed, and the stock info was actually accurate for once. Kind of regret wasting time looking around other places first, honestly.

I ordered some gear from dstactical.com, and overall it’s okay. Some of the pieces feel sturdy, sturdy enough for regular use, but one item had some rough stitching that stood out right away. It works fine, it really does, but for the price I was expecting a bit better. Not terrible, not amazing, just kind of in the middle...

I bought a pouch from dstactical.com, and after only a few uses the stitching started coming apart. I wasn’t using it hard or anything, so it seems like the stitching just wasn’t strong enough. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better. Disappointing.

Trying to return and exchange my item ended up being way more of a headache than it should have been. I get that companies need policies, but it feels only fair that customers should be able to fix an order issue without jumping through so many hoops.

I ordered a vest and, umm, the sizing was a bit off for me. I did check the size chart before buying, but it still ended up feeling tight around the chest. The quality seems good and shipping was fine, I just wish the sizing info was a little clearer. I might order again, but I’d definitely size up next time

A few things I clicked on were either out of stock or just not really what I needed. The site itself is fine to browse, but I didn’t find enough options to make it feel worth it for me.
